retired we were very pleased with everything. The service was very good from the time we entered the door. They were very helpful and answered all our guestions we had about the car. They were thoughtful and explained were all things operated before we took our Ford Escape home. I would tell other people t about it.

car serviced Service dept. is always friendly and helpful. Service is done in a timely manner with little inconvenience. Whenever I call, they seem to be able to get me in pretty quickly. Love it!

Used Car Purchase I worked with Chris on the trade in of my vehicle and the purchase of a used Chrysler Town and Country. We both knew going into the deal the the Town and Country needed a new left read wheel bearing. The dealership agreed to replace the bearing at no cost to me. While being repaired, it was discovered by the mechanic that there were two other issues with the car. I had already purchased the vehicle but the dealer fixed the other two issues at no cost to me. service only had my explorer a few days. The buying process was flawless. Have delt with Preferred Ford since it was Reddeker. Have bought 7 vehicles from Preferred and will coninue to do so. Never had any problems with the service department. Always been on time with my appointments and very knolageable.
