Beautiful service center I went for a regular oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised by the renovated service area. The waiting room was very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, and relatively quiet (no obnoxious TV blaring). Service was done promptly. I was very impressed.
They treat you like a person, not a sale This past summer I decided to look for a new car. I wanted a Focus Hatchback with manual transmission. Everywhere I went around the GR area basically told me good luck finding something like that, and that there aren't many around, and would try and sell me on some other "deal" in their lot. Lliterally will be our Preferred Ford Dealer Was my first time buying from a dealership and could not ask for a better experience. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman (Taylor Henkel)we worked with was great!!! He answered everything I asked about and did not push about anything.
