Clean and reasonably priced It was easy to book online and move in without having to visit the office. Their web services are very good.

Clean, affordable and climate controlled I only needed a unit for a brief time between apartments. This was the most affordable unit around, conveniently located, clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Nice place. Hours are decent. Service is excellent. I've had 2 units here for 3 years. It's better than the other storage places around Salem. The customer service is always good, and the payment options are all pretty easy. The prices are still somewhat competitive, and rhey offer insurance. I can definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good one.
Great secure location and clean I have been renting my unit now for 3years and have not had any issues which is a major concern of mine I want my unit managed as I was there watching it. And they are doing a great job at that. Amazing Place The people at the desk were super friendly show me quite a few units I could use. Super nice very clean facility.
Not sure at this time Pleased with quality and security of the facility and the individual storage space. However, when Prime took ownership from Shetland, they raised the rent by 40%. Yes there were some advance notice but considering the cost and disruption for relocating to another storage facility and incurring that cost, or a 40% increase in rent is in my opinion unfair, especially in the midst of the pandemic. I asked about I plan to gradually increasing the rent over time, but the response was no, take it or leave it.... read more
