I can say that I did prefer when I had a unit under the Registry of Deeds. Unable to accurately access as this is the only storage facility Iâve ever used.
Very good In general everything is very good. I dont hearing from orhers that you advertise the same size space for less money. "Why are you paying more than what i see advertised on website"

Prime storage is very affordable and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very well maintained. The units are very easy to find and the floor plan is very organized. The units themselves are very spacious.
Senior discount would be great Very safe complex being a 76 year old senior security guard always stop everything OK do you need help lifting anything XO
Accessible storage with convenient parking. We have been with Shetland Park for storage for over 12 years. We enjoyed a discount as a non-profit prior to The takeover. Prime raised our cost to âmarket valueâ and gave no consideration to our non-profit status. That said, service with Prime has been good (after a lock-out due to a screwed-up ACH caused a missed payment).
Everything has been great From customer service to assistance with my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has been polite and helpful.
I have not had any problems in the 3 years I've been there. facility is clean well lite.Temperature control very secure
