Responsible storage company with good customer service but excessive cost. Cost is outrageous and almost double what the previous company was charging. Customer service is consistently very good. I would be hesitant to recommend the facility because of the cost.

Safe and secure. I have beenm very satisfied with mySquare foot storage facility. The plant is extremely well maintained and secure.
Well maintained facility...pricing has been frustrating I've stored goods for 10-years after moving from a larger home to a smaller condo. Prime has maintained the high standards that Shetland Storage, the original owners, established since acquisition. Easy access. Dollies always available and clean. I was frustrated by Prime's immediate price increase of over 50% once they assumed the building. In fairness, Shetland's prices were well below market price. Now, they just raised prices again.
Convenient location with temperature controlled storage. Iâve been renting at prime storage at Shetland Park just over three years now. It is a clean well-maintained facility that is temperature controlled. The only drawback that I have found is the price seems to be rising for one reason or another each year that I am there. If there was some reason or explanation for the price increase like capital improvements of the facility it would be easier to understand. Other than that a pleasant place to keep my stuff.
I am pleased with facilities and the professional attitude of the staff. Great storage facility and the climate control has kept my goods in good condition.

Clean, easily accessible faciity with responsive management Generally an excellent storage option but the rates have increased more than 50 percent over three years in which n inflation has been less than 3 percent per year, as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
