Not sure at this time Pleased with quality and security of the facility and the individual storage space. However, when Prime took ownership from Shetland, they raised the rent by 40%. Yes there were some advance notice but considering the cost and disruption for relocating to another storage facility and incurring that cost, or a 40% increase in rent is in my opinion unfair, especially in the midst of the pandemic. I asked about I plan to gradually increasing the rent over time, but the response was no, take it or leave it.... read more
Just what we needed and easy to use Very easy to use and the space options are just what we needed
Overall, fine The only annoyance was an essentially no notice 50 percent increase when you took over, which has climbed to where my bill, with recent add on, is about a 100 dollars more per month
Great staff / sad price The staff is wonderful; Megan and Tiffany (spelling is probably wrong) as well as all support staff has been great but the rate hike on my units was not expected or welcome.
the pricing is way too high the old company changed less then half for the current unit. since this new company took over iâve been changed more the. twice the starting amount.

Reliable and clean We have been using the storage here for several years, and it is absolutely superior in terms of pricing, cleanliness, and ease of use. We do run into scenarios where it is difficult to speak to a person, but it has never been enough of a problem to truly be inconvenient.
Affordable First Rate Storage Megan the site manager was exceedingly kind and did go the extra mile to assist me. Thus far my experience with Prime Storage has been positive and yes I would recommend PRIME STORAGE to anyone who has a need for storage.
