Junk No power cord, won’t work with batteries. I opened past the return date so landfill
It doesn't come with a cord This is ridiculous. Selling a device without a power cord is just wrong.
Defective Since I bought it, I had not used it and now it happens that it has problems operating or is poorly programmed. The letter size keys work badly and I spent the time to apply for the replacement.

Wastes paper on purpose. This label maker intentionally wastes paper so that you keep have to buying refills. Do not buy.
6 AAA batteries... really Brother? Not even AA batteries fam?
Battery drained in a day, waste 1" paper for each print Package does not include an AC adapter which is nonsense. Battery does not last more than a day. Print quality is good but it wastes 1" of paper for each print. It is lots of wastage. So if you buy 22" cartridge then half of the tape is waste. Find some better printer, don't waste money on this.
Too complicated Unfortunately my window of return has closed. I've tried and tried but I can't get it together and can't get it to work. It probably works but it's very complicated and the directions are hard to follow. Don't buy unless you're a mechanical genius.
