Horrible Horrible! Does not work, just opened it and it won’t turn on!
Does not work. Will not operate on new AAA batteries or a 9V adapter.
This stinks Very difficult to use - and very wasteful of tape. Worst purchase ever. I took a hammer to it.
Batteries Not Included I'm so upset that batteries aren't included. Planned on printing labels for my short term rental during virus lockdown. The 6 AAA batteries or AC adapter should be included in a product this expensive.

Stops working after a couple of months If you happened to read other reviews on this product, I am sure you would've come across many reviews claiming that this stops working within a couple of months and sometimes right after the 12 month LIMITED warranty is over. Well, mine stopped working in less than 6 months and after being on call with customer support for almost an hour(still on hold, while writing this review), they have agreed to send me a refurbished machine since my device has already crossed the 90 days during wh... read more
Extra white space is a waste, rest is fine Pretty good basic label printer. Serves the basic functions well but I’ve got to say, the extra white space that gets included is such a waste of tape.
AWESOME but leaves too much tape I love this but it wastes too much tape and if you shorten, one side is long and one side is long. Aside from that I love it and I found a multipack off brand of tape cartridges, and they work great and are much less money
