I wish I could give this place zero stars, my dog Bella needed to be seen as she was having a problem urinating. I called Pure Paws and explained the problem she was having over the phone, and to find out if they could see her. I was then placed on hold for over 18 minutes, so I hung up the phone and was about to call another Veterinary Clinic. Do not allow these monsters to touch your animal. We took our 18 month old Pug to be spayed. The most routine of procedures. When we picked her up 6 hours later she was groggy but seemingly unharmed. Over the next few days scabs began appearing on her back and seemed to be spreading. We called the office and sent pictures. They said someone would call us back. Never did. Avoid at all cost. This place does not care about your pet. Truly horrible. They are rude, extremely dirty, charge for services not provided. They will say anything to get more money and lie when they don't provide the service you paid for. I would NEVER go there again and truly believe they should be shut down. I always thought people who dealt with pets cared about them and this place proved me wrong. They seem to want animals coming in to get sick.

Horrible customer service Front desk people might as well be an automated line. I asked about pricing and couldn't get an info over the phone or online, most likely bc they up charge and ad unnecessary fees! Seeing by the other reviews I'm not to far off! I advise this business to find pricing for things and let there staff know and also share it with the customers seeing that we are the ones paying ! Stop tryna sneak charges not cool

The staff is very nice but they are extremely expensive and will make you go broke! I wanted to like this place but I can't not for their prices.

I have gone Pure Paws for years and I have often found myself frustrated when I leave. Usually because so many of them are terrible with customer service. I have never left feeling like I wanted to write a review from my experience, but most recently I was truly disgusted with Dr. Reilly. Talk about a complete robot. Dealing with him was awful. There was literally zero warmth. He couldn't even fake it.

Customer service and follow up is disappointing. The women at the front desk laughed at me while I was on the phone I was so worried about my dog when a bruise increased in size by 5x after getting a heart worm test at their facility. I was forced to rush my dog to a emergency vet hospital to take a look at the bruise and other complications. I won't be recommending co workers and future friends.

I took my dog in for a routine check up and vaccinations. He's now howling and crying when I try to pick him up. And I'm not sure why. I suspect they weren't careful with him. Everytime I go there are new vets. There's no continuity of care. Oh and yeah - this after $700 for said care (vaccines, panels and the like). Emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Surprisingly disappointed with my visit today as another friend in the neighborhood really likes Pure Paws. Unfortunately my experience was not so great. Most importantly they didn't even get my puppy's weight right. She was 7 pounds last week, so how could she possibly be 18 now? I went home and re-weighed her confirming she is now 7.5. Even when I questioned this, they insisted. This makes me nervous because weight is used to calculate the dosage of meds in dogs.
