I was able to get a same day appointment. The facility was great, and the staff was really kind and caring.
This was our first vet visit for our brand new puppy. We saw Dr. Alex who is great! The entire staff was wonderful with us and our pet. We've been back and have had good experiences throughout. I trust this place to take good care of our little beloved fur-ball!
Pure Paws vets and technicians are excellent and very professional. The clinic is very clean and the staff is welcoming and caring. I wouldn't take our two Jack Russells anywhere else!!'

I was in need of a vet bc my little chi mix had a tooth fall out her mouth recently. I ended up at Pure Paws bc my neighbor recommended Dr. Liff. I'm so glad I visited them. The entire staff-from reception to the vet techs to Dr. Liff herself were friendly, professional, and treated my dog with great care. I ended up having to get quite a bit of dental work on my dog done. I've taken my ridiculously cute dog to 3-4 vets since I moved to NYC. But the only one that I REALLY like is Pure Paws. They are super friendly, professional, and convenient, with great hours. I love that they tell you what things cost before they begin. I really, really like that they always call the next day just to make sure Daisy is ok, with no side effects.
So thankful for Muddy Paws' recommendation of this place! I took my newly adopted 4yr old Shih Tzu here with my husband yesterday and was so impressed with the visit. We were seen on time and Dr. Liff and her assistant Sydney were so kind and just made us and our dog feel so comfortable.
