Very good place, clean and with staff was very kind and accommodating to both me and my doggy. Appointment booking through the website was cool and simple and they provided the information I needed. A little expensive compared to other places though
We had a wonderful first visit and follow-up visit to Pure Paws. The receptionists were kind, friendly, and thorough. The facility is clean and quiet. Our appointment was at 4 p.m. and we were seen just minutes after 4. Our assisting technician Eric was amazing. We have been taking our dog to Pure Paws since he was a puppy and we absolutely love the team there. Dr.Schechter is excellent and very caring, and he does a great job of communicating what's going on, why, and the treatment options. We have visited Pure Paws for routine care (vaccinations), sick visits and we had our dog neutered there as well. Every visit has been pleasant, no matter what we were visiting for. I adore Dr. Schechter, Gricelda and Monica. My dog needed a series of procedures and he couldn't have been in better hands. I felt assured that Dr. Alex was giving my pup the best care possible. He came home the cutest little conehead I've ever seen! Thank you for great vet care! I'll definitely keep coming back!
Really friendly staff and the doctor had a great bedside manner. They took good care of my cats and even gave me a $75 discount for being a new customer.
Dr. Liff and her team was wonderful in treating our lab puppy with Parvo. We our thankful we found this facility was open on a Sunday, as the options were looking grim. Because she treated Ruby immediately, we did not have to turn to hospitalization. We are forever grateful.
We found Pure Paws when the Hells Kitchen location opened. We lived across the street at the time, and sadly moved far away to Washington Heights a month after. We are so thankful for the attention and loving care they give our senior dog, that we still take him there for everything - vaccines, checkups, illnesses, and boarding! I ran into this place completely by accident. They had only been open a few months. I had been looking for a new place because my regular vet - well, let's just say I was in the market for a new one. Anyway, I was thrilled about finding a new place to try, and only a couple of blocks away. They were closed at the time but I peeked in the windows and it looked professional and clean. Dr Alex Shechter, and the Pure Paws staff, are simply amazing! We were on holiday in NYC from Boston. Our dog got sick very suddenly. I found Pure Paws on google and they fit us in when we arrived. Dr Alex came right in and gave us terrible news about Tucker. He needed an emergency procedure and then transferred to an ICU center a few blocks away.
