Pure paws veterinary care of Hell's kitchen is the absolute best! They always remember my dog by name which is really endearing. Sometimes I walk my dog near their offices and she always wants to stop and get a treat from the receptionist. I love that they allow you to text him if you have any questions and I always receive a follow up call the very next day that my dog is in the office to see how she's doing. 10/10 and the best hours (7 days a week)!
Had a great experience on my pup's first visit. Staff and doctor were very patient and took their time explaining us all things we needed to know given we are first time dog owners. Will be coming back monthly
This place is great. I made a Yelp account just to write this review. I brought my somewhat difficult pit mix in to have stitches removed. A previous vet wouldn't go near him and another quoted $450! I found Pure Paws on Nextdoor and with their initial visit having its consultation fee waived in addition to their great reviews, I figured why not. Dr. Schechter is a vet like no other. We were in love with Pure Paws! The staff was amazing and very helpful-- we had to reschedule last minute, which they were very respectful of. They were upfront about any costs and charges-- other comments suggested there were hidden costs, but that is not the case. Our veterinarian, Alex, was absolutely amazing and we'd recommend to anyone who needs a quick, great check up!
I absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone out there with their precious babies. My Sweet girl was getting spayed and microchip yesterday, whole staff was absolutely incredible! Nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable, they've answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Alex did outstanding job, and kept me posted how is she doing and how she will do after surgery with next few days. All in all I will come back, that's the place where love and well being of your pet is most important.
The 20 minutes is due to them giving him Benadryl and waiting 15 minutes to make sure it sets in, since he's had an allergic reaction to vaccines before but he needs the vaccines in NYC. I wasn't clear on that before but know I know! Thanks Pure Paws for being so thoughtful.
The most caring vets I have ever encountered. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Liff, Dr. Schechter, Dr. Kurtzman, and everyone else I have encountered at this office. They go above and beyond for the animals.
Highly knowledgeable and highly compassionate doctor and staff. The team was thorough, patient and present. Problem-solvers. Truly a bunch of evolved, conscious people starting with Dr Liff. She and her nurse are angels.
Great service and attentive staff that was very helpful. A large and very clean office as well.
