They were amazing from start to firnish they made us feel at home and comfortable with treating our pooch Archie the Nurse & Stephanie Liff the Vet did an outstanding job definitely recommend them to anyone that wants the best for their pet.
Our pup has been coming here for years, and I love Dr. Stephanie Liff! She is super quick with responding to emails, and she even texted me directly when I was freaking out over my dog feeling sick! I seriously have never had a doctor care so much about my pup (or myself!).

Had problems in the past with incorrect injection being given and lack of transparency with requirements for annual physical, however New Management seems to be helping.

I love Pure Paws! They have seen all three of my cats. They always take plenty of time to examine the cats and answer all my many questions. I recently came in with my older cat that hadn't been to the vet in a long time as she is semi feral. I was more of a mess than my cat was They were so great about putting me at ease and honestly putting up with me since I couldn't quit crying. This place is expensive but I think it's worth paying more for a great vet for my fur children. Thank you Pure Paws!

Once again I have to post a review about my amazing vet clinic Pure Paws in Hells Kitchen. The care and love they have provided and shown for my cat Etta has been sublime. Etta is terrified of other humans due to her harsh upbringing and early days as a stray. The amazing Nurse / Vet Tech Archie is such a kind gentle man / he comes and collects her and gets her in the carrier and at the clinic he helps look after her. We made a last-minute appointment for our cat Shae for a checkup, shots, and to administer some medicine to keep her calm after our building was unexpectedly evacuated for most of the day. The staff at Pure Paws was extremely helpful, letting us use the exam room before/after her appointment to clean her up after she had an accident in her carrier and to give her some time/space to destress. Absolutely amazing customer service from the staff, plus great caring vets who follow up a lot on my pet and make the time to call me and talk about things as well as help me navigate insurance issues. Cannot say enough good things!
My cat was very sick recently. I took him for an emergency visit and could not have been happier with the care (and I do mean CARE) he received. Not only that, literally every day since our appointment someone from the office - including the wonderful vet (Dr. Cheung) - either called or emailed or texted to see how my cat was doing. Very very pleased, and SO relieved that my sweetie is all better now. Thank you, Pure Paws!
The staff was so nice and sweet to my furbaby. I had an amazing experience with Jona, who answered every question I had and treated my furbaby with such care. Thank you to everyone that works there. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone about the wonderful treatment we received from everyone! :)
