We just got our puppy this spring and I did a pretty extensive amount of research to make sure I found the right vet in the area. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, so far. They are upfront about their pricing and genuinely seem to enjoy seeing our puppy. Although I hope we don't have to come here often, I have enjoyed our visits and would recommend for a vet in hells kitchen if you need one!

Dr Becky Kurtzman is looking after our new puppy and she has been very informative and detailed in her approach. With COVID protocol we were apprehensive about our new puppy being handled in our absence but he did great and she kept us posted on the phone outside all through. They are quite transparent with their fees and services - so far we are happy with their services

Pure Paws is there for my dog and me. Quick to give us visits. Clear instructions on what to do for my dog to heal. When my dog had a corneal ulcer Dr. Liff made calls all over to find a veterinary ophthalmologist for us. Great follow up calls. Excellent all around. Really considerate and friendly staff.

"Both Dr Schechter and Dr. Liff are communicative and knowledgeable. They email the visit report and the reports are in depth. They are responsive to questions and proactive in communications. I trust them with my cats and recommend them.

Super friendly staff that was very accommodating to a last minute appointment for my sick dog. They followed up via text and phone call the next day to check on him and give advice for future issues. I highly recommend this place! It was a very good and quick trip to the vet for me and my yorkie

I have been going to Pure Paws for over 7 months for my 9 month old puppy and they are great! Receptionists on the phone are always helpful and courteous. The vets are always so sweet to my dog. I often call with a question to see if I need to come in and they arrange for the Vet to call me back to assess if it's something that needs immediate attention or if I shouldn't worry and save myself a vet visit. My Irish setter pup needed a same say appointment for a ear infection- where his usual very was unable to accommodate. I called Pure Paws and was able to get a walk in first time visit within a hour of my call. They where extremely professional, kind and welcoming. We where in and out with all the medicine required for my pup! I highly recommend!

Five stars - so grateful for Pure Paws! Our 4 year old cat came down with some sort of sickness the weekend before Thanksgiving, and our normal vet was unable to get us in before the holiday. We were able to book online with Pure Paws for Monday and our cat was seen right away. Dr. Alex was so great, he was super kind, knowledgable, and explained everything that was happening. Dr. Alex and the team called and checked up on him multiple times. He is feeling much better now! Thank you again for taking care of our little guy!

This place was really, really fantastic. So happy we found them. Our dog was having GI upset we couldn't figure out (of course on a Sunday morning we realize that he really needs the vet) and had left a message with our regular vet as we couldn't get ahold of anybody. It wasn't an emergency but he needed to be seen that day, poor pup. When I called Pure Paws, somebody ANSWERED! And they were NICE! And gave us an appointment that morning!
