Wonderful!! They took us last minute and were super accommodating, all of the doctors are very kind and gentle and warm! They also do a great job about following up with regard to vaccine appointments and checking on your pets general health. You can make an appointment online. Thank you!!!!!!

Seriously life or death situation. A pregnant stray I fostered was spayed post partum. She developed a fever and Dr Liff saw her and treated for fever but then followed up. Which encouraged me to make a follow up appointment and her findings led to the aspca accepting her for post complication surgery. If not for the 'receipts' from Dr Liff, Freya (the mama cat) would have cost tons of money in private care and her particular condition may have gone unnoticed. We were looking for a new vet for our small 102lbs German shepherd and came to pure paws. Our first experience was amazing. The front office was professional, efficient and most of all pleasant. Our vet Dr. Gibeon was great. She was patient took all the time to hear our pups history, and answered all of our questions. A bit disappointed. I had a question/issue with my bill and spoke with someone at reception after I got home. She told me that she would forward my message to her office manager, who should be in the office the next day. It's been several business days since, and there hasn't been any effort to contact me. Back in October, the vet said that she will send an estimate for my dog's recommended dental work. I never received it. Very nice vet. You can be in the room with your pet. Great offer for new patients for $50 off the initial visit. The vet was knowledgeable on medicines to treat my dogs allergy.

Our dog does not like going to the vets but he has done so much better since we started going here. The staff are wonderful and so caring. Anthony made Toby's experience soooo much better and we are very grateful for this great place. Highly recommend!!

We are happy campers the staff was Fantastic. The Doctor and Nurses treated us with respect and affection. They are the best, my dog got the best treatment and care. These folks are the best veterinarian in New York. My pup gets great personalized attention and they are always a joy to deal with. I'm grateful we found Pure Paws. I use PetDesk to manage appointments with them and it's really convenient.
