The level of love and care that comes with the extreme knowledge of veterinary medicine here is wonderful! I have dealt with 2 of their doctors and most recently Dr Liff who removed 3 of my dogs teeth! They care so much about your baby and it doesn’t feel like a cash grab every time I walk into the office! It’s actual care and love for my fur baby! (Which I can NOT say about every vet in NYC) I would give pure paws 10 stars if I could!
I was in the area visiting a family member when my senior dog Pippy was showing unusual signs of distress, scratching at her ears incessantly, and hiding behind furniture, which she had never done before. They took me in the same day without charging for an emergency visit because there was an opening. They took care of my best buddy so well!! I was extremely anxious as he’s a senior cat who needed to be neutered (I just adopted him) and he had a lot of trauma related to being in unfamiliar places, especially vet offices. The staff was so caring and understanding and did an amazing job on the surgery. If they’re reading this, I’m sorry for being so high maintenance and sending so many texts/calling so much! We'd had very good experiences with Pure Paws (especially Dr. Liff) in the past and we just brought our newly adopted adult cat in for his first checkup. I couldn't be happier with the efficiency, courteous service, and TLC exhibited by everyone there. We're lucky to have them close by.
