I absolutely love this veterinary hospital!! First of all the everyone there was outstanding especially The tech Mr. Toribio was patient and attended my rescue Morkie and addressed all my inquiries accordingly. After several attempts of placing an appointment for my rescue Morkie at the last minute, Pure Paws came to the rescue and even tho I never been there before and it was a immediate need for my Morkie to be treated for diarrhea, Dr Gibeon treated my Morkie,Sólo. Love this clinic. I've been bringing my Mini Australian Shepard here since she was a puppy. She gets excited when seeing the staff whenever we go, which is a great sign. I just took her in for a spay, and everything was a success, and she's healing quickly. Jona took her in for her appointment and he was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly to me. Dr. Slome is an incredible vet. I have been taking my english bulldog to her for over two years and I am so grateful for her care and guidance. She goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is in perfect health and has everything she needs. My dog loves Dr. Slome and is always so excited to go to the vet because of her. Dr. Slome genuinely cares and I am so thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend Pure Paws and Dr. Slome.

Originally i gave them a 1 start bc Dr slome , was unbelievably rude. Telling me she couldn't answer follow up questions over the phone bc her " time is valuable " as if i didn't just spend $500 this month visiting her lol all i wanted was some simple advice on my kitten. However , after my experience with her the owner reached out and apologized. He was very kind and understanding. So going to give them another chance, but most definitely will not be letting Dr Slome see my pet again. The nasty attitude is unnecessary. Bes... read more

I was one of their 1st clients...or rather my cats were....Dr Liff cares so much for our fur babies and has always gone above and beyond.My experience has always been professional and caring and concerned about our "kids"...They are very very busy but when you call in and they might be busy they ask if its an emergency or can they put you on hold....totally professional! Thanks to everyone there and especially for me.....Thanks Dr Liff!....and my "kids" thank and love you.

Since I started going to this office they take exemplary care of my dog. During the pandemic and quarantine, and now that I can be in person in the office. The doctors and staff are kind and available and caring.

I was looking for a new & EXCEPTIONAL vet closer to my home, due to difficulties getting to the vet I had been going to for a while. This place did not disappoint. From the awesome doctor Slome to the friendly, warm receptionists to the vet assistant, everyone was wonderful. They don't try to milk you for more money for unnecessary tests, and although they are at a medium price point, I will be going back. They took very good care of my boy.

Pure Paws of Hell's Kitchen is an outstanding veterinary facility. Dr. Liff and the entire staff have made life so more manageable since they have been in sweet Cat's life, who has been diagnosed with two different illnesses. Tests are done immediately and results are in quickly. Everything is communicated clearly so there are no surprises as to what you will expect.. Thank you Dr. Liff and everyone at Pure Paws.

Dr Liff is the best... I'm a first time dog owner and there's lots I don't know and am nervous about but she has such a kind, calm approach helps to give me peace of mind and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable for both of us.
