Just love the service team at Quality Buick! I came in for an oil change in October and also asked to have the belts looked at as I was hearing chatter at low speeds with the engine under load. Cord had the belts checked and didn't find anything but wanted to explore further and would need the car overnight. Cord saw my warranty was expiring at the end of November so we made arrangements for me to come back in November, leave the car and he reserved for a rental for me. I must admit that this wasn't my first Buick dealership I went to. This was my first car buying experience and I had been dreading it. The first Buick dealership I went to had the immediate stereotypical 'sleeze' feel. My experience turned around after I left that dealer and arrived to Quality Buick by DiLorenzo. My sense of dread went away after being welcomed. Once I decided that I was going to purchase the vehicle, we agreed upon the price.
