I cannot say enough good things about the service center at Quality. I purchased a used vehicle from them several years ago, and also the service plan that was offered. Over the years I have worked with Cord, Perla and Mario quite a bit, and they are all reliable, honest, friendly, and great communicators. My car had a power steering issue and I was just passing through on my way to Kansas. I went to another shop they told me they would have to replace the whole power steering for $600 plus labor. I go to Quality around 7am, speak with Perla who said she will do her best to get it done quick. Perla called me at 10am saying it's fixed some wires needed to be replaced but good to go. Out the door $280. Saving me a bunch of money and time. Thank you Perla and your technicians who preformed the work. I can't thank you guys enough.

I purchased a 2016 Tacoma I'd been eyeing for a few weeks. I worked with Brent in sales and Mike in finance. The dealership and I agreed to a fair price and I estimate the experience to have lasted two hours, astronomically shorter than previous dealership experiences. The truck didn't come with tailgate or snug top keys. However, Charles, the manager, worked with me to make sure I got the key situation squared away. Overall great experience.
