All items that needed to be accomplished were properly taken care of and everything is now fine.
The thing I like the most is the people starting at the front desk of the service department . Specifically with Mario Garcia. He takes the time with me to explain step by step whatever the issue is with car. Thanks Mario for always making me feel welcomed and making sure my car stays clean which is very important to me.
Yes. Service was very good from the start to finish. Mario Garcia is an excellent front desk advisor. The only issue I have is that my car was there for two weeks for a diagnostic. Also I truly would like for the dealership to be aware of bulletin PIT6466.

After scheduling an appointment for 7500 mile service/inspection, topping off DEF, and replacement of diesel fuel filter, it took over 3 hours before my truck was ready for me. The service rep apologized about how long it took, but upon driving my truck for a few miles, Inoticed that the tires had not been inflated to their proper inflation levels. I aired up my tires upon arriving home. It should be noted that the cost for my service was very reasonable !
