Had a great experience working with Matt Rael while purchasing my 2016 Terrain. This is our second purchase from Quality- Dilorenzo in less than two months and our experience could not have been better. Matt was quick to help us, accomodating and professional. The finance team is also very friendly and efficient. I have never worked with such nice people who seem to really care about their customers. Aaron is as friendly, laid back, and honest as they come. He was very patient with me, and although it was 100 degrees that day, he still walked with me around the lots to look at cars. He knows a great deal about Mazdas, and it's obvious by his relaxed demeanor that he isn't going to pressure anyone into buying a car. He made me feel like he was there to help me, not sell me. And the white Mazda CX-5, with white leather interior is gorgeous! Thank you!
