I had a great experience with Salesman Joe Baca. Upon buying a used car, he was honest about the history and how he felt the quality of the car held up. We had a wonderful experience with this company and would recommend then to our friends. We came from AZ to purchase a car which we found on Carguru. We did a 500 mile search from our home and Quality Buick had the best car and deal available. No hard sales and easy to work with. You should try this company, their cars are very nice and clean. I dropped my son to his school and stop by for quick grocery shopping but my 2015 Buick Encore didn't work. I called my insurance company, they sent help to jump start and I headed to the Quality Buick Service without any appointment and with my puppy. They treated me and my puppy very well. They let us to sit inside and everyone was so polite and friendly to us. They arranged to shuttle for us. Shuttle dropped us to our home and picked up us the next day. The shuttle driver Ann S. is great! She hustles to get all of the pick ups and drop offs done for customers. Personally she's a very kind woman to chat with. She is a valued employee. Never a problem with service. Very reachable by phone and they keep you updated. I bought a GMC truck in 2002 and a Buick Verano last year.
