The technicians was very professional and kept me informed. I didn't like having to wait over a week for the part to arrive, but that was not his fault.
The service was really great! Mike and the auto technicians figured out the problem with the noise on the front end and also the fading sound on the turn signal. They came up with a creative solution for both issues and I am delighted with the results! Thanks so much for your time and efforts.

Very professional and complete
The personnel at Quality Buick-GMC are very friendly, helpful and work hard at their jobs, but they appear overloaded as I always have to leave my vehicle at the shop for days. They perform their repairs well for the most part but I blame GMC manufacturing for a water pump that dies after less than 70,000 miles. My 2008 GMC Envoy was practically flawless after 200,000 miles.
