The shuttle driver Ann S. is great! She hustles to get all of the pick ups and drop offs done for customers. Personally she's a very kind woman to chat with. She is a valued employee. Never a problem with service. Very reachable by phone and they keep you updated. I bought a GMC truck in 2002 and a Buick Verano last year.

We purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali from Ken Bash, and I will send all my friends and family to see him in the future. Ken's sales style is the perfect mix between pushing the ball forward, but not in a pushy way. Kudos to Quality for having the right guy in the right position!

Buying my new truck at Quality was the best sales experience I have ever had. Steve Buford was my salesman. We walked around looking at the different trucks on the lot and discussing options that I wanted. Since they didn't have the options I wanted in the color I wanted, I ordered my truck. I had a blast working with Steve and Rob (the sales manager) going over the options and building my Sierra. Doing all the finance paperwork with Mike (I think that's his name) was a breeze. Just love the service team at Quality Buick! I came in for an oil change in October and also asked to have the belts looked at as I was hearing chatter at low speeds with the engine under load. Cord had the belts checked and didn't find anything but wanted to explore further and would need the car overnight. Cord saw my warranty was expiring at the end of November so we made arrangements for me to come back in November, leave the car and he reserved for a rental for me. I dropped my car off, picked up the rental and was ... read more
