I had a free oil change and I brought my 2017 chevy cruze in for that and Mario was great to work with. He didn't try to upset anything I didn't need like most service guys do. I will be back as they offer the 5th or 6th for free with the key chain punch thing. Thanks again.

I called Quality Buick GMC Mazda to work a recall issue on my vehicle. To my surprise, they worked me into their schedule within the week. The morning of I made it in about 15 minutes earlier than the stated time. I asked about how long the repair would take and the guesstimated 2 hours, so I took to the lobby to write reviews. I was a little surprised by the length of time estimated until I hit the lobby and saw several people waiting. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Quality GMC! I went in looking for a truck and got sticker shock after seeing the price. I spoke with Ben Gonzalez, my sales person, and he said that he was going to treat me right. Well they all say that but he certainly kept his word! For a truck that was, in my opinion, ungodly expensive, we work the numbers and came to a reasonable amount. Then I had my trade-in appraised and got a great deal for it!
