My battery died when I was at storage. I called a roadside service. They came and jumped the battery so I could get to the dealership. Quality immediately got me a new battery so I could continue on my sales trip. By-the-way, that is how I make a living. Thank you so much for getting me up and running in no time .
Had a problem - entire vehicle went dead. After two truck dropped it off at Quality Buick - GMC my Service Advisor was pretty sure what the problem was and long story short, he correctly determined what was wrong, got everything taken care of, and returned the vehicle the same day (miraculous) and it is now running fine. I have been going to Quality for over 17 years and they have serviced 5 vehicles for me and my wife.
My wife's 2017 GMC Acadia would not start at our home of residence so I had the car towed to the service bay on Sunday morning. By Monday morning, Mike called and explained that the issue was diagnosed as a starter/attenuator etc... issue. Car was fixed and ready for pick up by the end of the day on the same Monday. Being that this is my wife's primary car, the service and speed of repair was excellent.
They made sure all of my needs were taken care of and were very polite and helpful
