Best car buying experience, Ever! Robert Maese was my salesman and worked hard to get me a great deal. Rob Hooser, the sales manager, and Kathy Carpenter, my finance manager, were fantastic too. My truck got stolen March 21. A 2018 GMC Sierra. I was confident I had gap insurance to cover the rest of the remaining balance. But they never put it on just a bunch of useless warranties that I never used. Now I'm stuck paying $14000.00 in difference for a truck that I don't even have anymore. Norval Henry and the people that finalize there are a bunch of sleezebags that just care about their commission. Never buying from a big dealer like that again.

DO NOT GOT HERE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND IS A LIABILITY TO ALL NEW MEXICANS. I took my car for "special coverage" basically recall. They refused to replace the parts, insisting it was a separate problem. They charged me $600 and insisted my car was good. I picked it up, drove to work and it exploded on me. Nearly causing a massive pile up on I-25. I never had a problem w oil but after they had it, it blew up bc they refused to replace the parts needed which it then failed (diagnosed by 2 mechanics but speci... read more

Our tech inspected your vehicle and discovered that there was no recall but learned that the pcv system was the issue and needed to be replaced. They ran my credit without me filling out a credit app in person. Applied for prequal in GM Financial website. The prequal is not supposed to affect credit. Stay clear of this place and their shady practices. When confronted with this information they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Update: Upon speaking to them again I was told that GM Financial ran the hard pull, but in the dealership name? I don't think so. GM Financial would not explicitly state the prequal would not affect credit if it in fact did. That open... read more
