The salesman were very polite and courteous. Listen to what I wanted. My only complaint would be no owners manual in the vehicle and I was told they no longer make them, but I was able to buy one online that would be my only complaint
Friendliness, efficiency and he answered all questions I had. Very nice man, so courteous.
I had a positive experience buying my used car. They honored my request to not detail the car. Ben, the salesman picked me up at the train station on the day. I took possession of my car. Audra oversaw the deal and she did a great job. There are two things that could have been better. 1. I still have not received the license plates in the mail and The temporary tag expired 11 days ago. 2 the car was on empty when I drove off the lot, and getting gas in that area was scary.
It was good Little long on waiting time
Had a great experience purchasing a 2025 GMC Canyon pickup at Quality Buick GMC. Knowledgeable, pleasant sales people, sales manager made the process enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with the truck.
