They ran my credit without me filling out a credit app in person. Applied for prequal in GM Financial website. The prequal is not supposed to affect credit. Stay clear of this place and their shady practices. When confronted with this information they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Update: Upon speaking to them again I was told that GM Financial ran the hard pull, but in the dealership name? I don't think so. Absolute terrible Customer Service Department! We have called to schedule service and left several voicemails and no one ever answers in the Service Department. Their voicemail states "We will call you back in 30 minutes." They NEVER call back. We have left many messages and always get the same "We will call you back in 30 minutes" and never get a call back. I wouldn't take my Wheelbarrow to them. The person doing detailing is a complete moron. Prices are inflated and quality is extremely poor. Use them at your own risk.

I took my in for a oil change and a burnt out headlight. They called 2 hours later and said it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I checked the headlight and it had not been fixed. They said I had to start my process all over again and it took another 2 hours. The checklist they gave me even showed it was checked off as ok. This makes me feel like they do not do a thorough job Why bother with a checklist if they don't really check it. This is the first time I took my car to a dealer for service.
