RecommendedWe have had our Rainsoft unit for 19 years. We moved 17 years ago and they moved it for us. We have had perfect service with our entire experience. Having the Rain Soft Water conditioner installed in 2023 has made a huge difference on the drinkability of household water. Changed the effectiveness of clothes washing and so much more. The lime scale deposits are gone around the sinks and faucets and showers. Cleaning is easier as well.
I have been using these guys for a few years now. The entire process is seamless from setting the appointment, to the service/test activity, to the reporting back on findings, to billing. The tech is very knowledgeable and efficient too. THAT’S why I would recommend them!
I have had my Rainsoft system for 24 years now and I am completely satisfied with it. My water is as good as any bottled water at the store. There is hardly any water spotting in the shower or dishwasher. I have had A&B maintain my system from the start and besides the annual checkup and maintenance there have been no Issues. Filter system is better tasting than bottled water we were constantly purchasing from Walmart, Sam’s Club and Navy Commissary. System has been reliable since installation in 2022.

Chris is very, very knowledgeable in this field. He worked quickly but efficiently and explained everything to me. He is truly as asset to A&B and I would call him back in a heartbeat. I've had Rainsoft for years and I would not use anyone else. They always have someone in the area in case I need them. They are prompt and have the most amazing people working for them. Kenny is the best in our book. Always personable, kind and courteous.
Alex at the office and Chris, on site water tech, we're both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate all that they did to help service our Rainsoft.
