After having problems with my well water softener, I called the office. I told ************ about my problem and he set up an appointment. He was so very helpful and friendly. He described what I could do to do a temporary "fix" for my problem! I have a problem with the odor coming from my well.
RecommendedChris is very, very knowledgeable in this field. He worked quickly but efficiently and explained everything to me. He is truly as asset to A&B and I would call him back in a heartbeat. Their procedure for setting appointments and notifying you when the tech is on the way is much appreciated. Jennifer in the office is very friendly and helpful too! I've had Rainsoft for years and I would not use anyone else. They always have someone in the area in case I need them. They are prompt and have the most amazing people working for them. Kenny is the best in our book. Always personable, kind and courteous.
