Redeye Grill has been our favorite pre-concert restaurant. Food and service is great. For the first time on years, the kitchen was abominably slow, putting us behind schedule for our concert performance.

This is the second time I've eaten here when in NYC. The service is fantastic, and we were even offered chocolate when we checked in at the host stand. The food was delicious, and the drinks were good as well. I always appreciate the little chocolate chip cookies they bring around straight out of the oven, definitely something I've never seen anywhere else. We were in around 6 pm on a Friday, it wasn't overly crowded, and the noise level was manageable. The live music started before we left and was enjoyable.
