When the weather is excellent, so is outdoor dining on the Redeye "patio." Since the quality of the food and the service are terrific, an evening dinner is a wonderful experience, so long as the rain stays away. So a careful check of the weather predictions should precede heading over, but, when you do, you'll have a great time.

This was our first time in the city, and a friend recommended Redeye Grill. We had a great time, service, and food. The banana cream pie was a fantastic ending. I highly recommend the crab cake and the chicken.

Our food and service was great! Our party of 6 all had items to deviate from offered and each were met! We have picky eaters and all the food was great. Our server was friendly and took all requests with a smile. We will most definitely be back!

We dined here before attending a show at the Shubert. The service was great without being overbearing. Since it was restaurant week we decided to enjoy the preset menu. We had a choice of appetizers, mains and dessert. The calamari was spot on, for dinner we both had the crab cake with roasted corn and shrimp. They did not skimp on the serving. I had the NY Cheesecake and my wife had the chocolate cake. The cake was six layers of cake and frosting. Wonderful experience.

Staff good, sushi so-so, but the miso Cod was out of this world good (Thank God for Cod). And the cocktails & service was top flight. Fries were horrendous and tasted like compressed potato flakes from “ready-to-eat-meals” from army surplus store! Watch the food quality and you’ll get that old black magic back that’s made you famous for decades!!!! Never want to see the stalwarts fade away - stay strong & committed & we’ll keep coming back!!!
