Fish and meats are equally delicious and beautifully prepared. I was surprised they didn't have more oyster choices. The side dishes were just ok except for the cauliflower which I would recommend to everyone!!!
Could cut the Filet with a fork. Roasted Brussel Sprouts A+ . The roasted cauliflower was more steamed than roasted, but was very good anyway. Piano player was not to loud and you could speak without shouting.
We don't come into the city a lot but when we do we like to make a special evening of it. With tickets at Lincoln Center we wanted something within walking distance and Redeye Grill fit the bill. Waiter was helpful, service spot on, music from the lounge delightful. We finished every last morsel on our plates. I highly recommend the Redeye Grill .
Come here everytime I come to NYC. My wife and I had an Anniversary dinner before the theater. My wife had the steak special, I had ahi tuna. Both dishes were fantastic. Great service also. Expensive but worth it.
I have been here several times and it has always exhibited 5 stars for both food quality, timing and service. I am a huge fan of seared ahi tuna and it is among the best I have had here with tasty prep and presentation, but also very high quality fish! My wife had a crab cake dish that was amazing! Specialty drinks were great but a bit pricey. The ambiance is also great and it's a beautiful restaurant. It stays busy for a reason so make your reservations!! Yum!
Relaxed yet elegant. Have eaten here several times as it is across from our hotel. Food was good although the clams in my clam chowder were very hard to chew. But the broth was excellent. The whole Dover Sole was superb and deboned table side. Another in our party had the prix fixe menu which was also very good. My crab cakes didn't contain much crab or else it was finely ground. Red Eye Grill is a beautiful restaurant with an upscale ambiance. The food was good, the service excellent. I will definitely return there the next time I'm in NYC.
Superb lobster roll ! Nice big pieces! No mayonnaise , yummy roll! Brunch choices were excellent! Any country you would like to visit , they have breakfast for you! Best hamburgers, again. Yummy roll and skinny flavored French fries! However, SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERTS! The best tiramisu and Black Forest chocolate cake! There is cherries in the cake not pieces! Wonderful lunch before seeing a Broadway show! Staff was friendly and professional!!!
The entertainment and service was outstanding! The food was delicious. We had a wonderful and I plan to return with friends.
