I've eaten here dozens of times over the years, mostly before or after Carnegie Hall. Brunch is one of the best anywhere. But perhaps the best thing: it's quiet, and you can actually talk with your dining companions.

Good menu selection. Food very good with service to match. Overall very good value for money. We went at lunchtime and it was quite quiet - maybe lacking in a bit of atmosphere

Service could have been more attentive. Ordered a bottle of wine. Poured ourselves more wine. Someone came later to pour the wine, but that was the first and last we saw of that person.Food was good. Atmosphere loud. Lighting low - had to use a flashlight to look at the menu, but that was because my eyes are not good in the dark.Wouldn't be on the top of my list to return in the near future.
I went there on Sunday night of a holiday weekend recently with my two teenage children. The service was very attentive and the food was very good. We declined dessert but the waiter surprised us with cotton candy of all things! The kids thought it was great as did I.
We were visting New York with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and went to the Redeye Grill for dinner before a show. It was a great experience. We really enjoyed the food but the service was truly exceptional. It was refreshing to be in a nice restaurant that can accomodate a family. We felt welcomed and really had a great time. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
Service deteriorated as it got crowded.
we arrived early and they easily accomodated our party. A little bit of a credit card mix up with paying bill but otherwise a nice meal overall.
