The dining experience was one to remember. They made a special day more special.
This was our fifth visit and was impressed that all facets of the Redeye had been improved. This was a pre-Carnegie Hall dinner with friends on a Saturday night. Our server guided three of us to the specials and we were not disappointed.
We always love returning to Redeye Grill because we know the service, food and ambiance will be great. We loved that the Manager/Host came around with a tray of cookies straight from the oven.
Exceptional, fresh seafood. Attentive service. Great place for pre/post theatre.
We met friends there that we hadn't seen in years. We had a nice meal and sat and talked for 4 hours!!! The staff was terrific and didn't push us to buy more in order to stay. It was a wonderful evening overall!!!
This is a solid place to go with a date (if they're conservative or love seafood) or with clients. I like the food a lot but it's a bit "touristy" or kind of like a gourmet restaurant if you were in a smaller city. While I like Redeye Grill a lot, it's not a TOP NY restaurant. The lobster cobb salad is a winner, though. I'd highly recommend it (but not to a foodie).
Food was delicious; service was friendly and efficient. We asked for a quiet table and got it. will go back again.
