We ordered a lot of food since we were on vacation and wanting to try several dishes (and hadn’t eaten all day) and the server said “are you sure you want to order all of that?”. Yes we were sure. This was one of several sly comments from the waiter. Another was when we asked for the taco toppings on the side and the waiter scoffed and said “really? everything on the side?” Again, yes— everything on the side please. Poor service , despite specifying that it was our anniversary. Never going back
The waiter was not attentive at all and did the bare minimum. I totally understand not being overly enthusiastic about your job, but I was hoping for a bit more from an establishment that charges as much as this one does. I would not recommend this restaurant.
It took about 25 minutes to get a server and the restaurant wasn’t busy. It was at 5:15pm on a Sunday. They were out of a few dishes we wanted to order. The food we did get was just ok. It was way overpriced for our experience.
Awful service, warm and brown lettuce , 4 tomatoes only on salad, salmon wasn’t cooked right, rider server
We were ready for a nice dinner before our show, but the service was so slow that we never actually got our meal. We had a 5:45 reservation and a 7:30 show. Seemed like plenty of time to get a meal. It took about 20 minutes before we even got a drink order in. At that point we told the server that we did have a 7:30 show. About 20 minutes after that, our “drunken shrimp” and salad arrived. Very slow inattentive service. Portions used to big bigger. Sushi rolls were tiny. But overall the service was pitiful.
Great resturant but seating terrible. Jammed together with strangers
9:30PM, the rush was over, no excuse. The food and drinks took a long time and the server didn't communicate or ask to refill bevs. When the food arrived it was luke warm, the quality and price did not line-up.
