Not a good experience at all. The service and food were not up to its normal standards.

Overpriced and bad food. Not what is used to be ! Feels like a tourist trap.

Overall not a good experience. We placed our order as soon as we sat down. We ordered the bread and my husband ordered soup and we each ordered an entree. The bread - for which they charge $10- was burnt. Waiter replaced it after I complained. The entrees took an hour to arrive and they gave my husband the wrong entree. By this time we were starving and time was tight and the waiter was not available, so we ate what we received. Waiter finally came over and promised a discount. For all of the trouble. Redeye Grill is below mediocre. Went late afternoon while it was dead, and still waited 20 minutes for water to be brought over. If you enjoy snail-paced service, this is for you. There are thousands of restaurants with better food. I gave the waiter my card to pay and got the check and my card back I asked the bus boy if I was good to go because it looked weird and he said yes so I left but apparently that doesn't mean I paid and I got call after call claiming something went wrong and they were rude when I came back five mi... read more

Service was beyond slow. Waitress didn’t come back after food was brought. Food was cold, and tasteless. Very disappointing experience. Manager took off the price of our entrees.

Food was decent. Never mix stuffing and dark meat. I pulled out three bones!!!!! 😠

The decor here is lovely and it has a great energy. We were a little disappointed with the food though. The lobster roll we ordered had potato salad IN the roll, and more potato than lobster. The cute presentation (head on one end, tail on the other end of the roll) did not make up for the lack of actual lobster. Bar snacks during Happy Hour were very small portions. Definitely priced as Midtown, which we wouldn't have minded if the food was better. Not a fave.
