Exceptional, fresh seafood. Attentive service. Great place for pre/post theatre.
We met friends there that we hadn't seen in years. We had a nice meal and sat and talked for 4 hours!!! The staff was terrific and didn't push us to buy more in order to stay. It was a wonderful evening overall!!!
This is a solid place to go with a date (if they're conservative or love seafood) or with clients. I like the food a lot but it's a bit "touristy" or kind of like a gourmet restaurant if you were in a smaller city. While I like Redeye Grill a lot, it's not a TOP NY restaurant. The lobster cobb salad is a winner, though. I'd highly recommend it (but not to a foodie).
Food was delicious; service was friendly and efficient. We asked for a quiet table and got it. will go back again.

A great choice for seafood lovers, excellent an menu and food. Service was very professional, except for one small faux pas -- serving a carafe of ginger ale to a diner who had ordered a glass of Chardonnay.
The service was excellent and the food was out of this world. But the price of the "dancing shrimp" was overpriced.
Redeye is consistently outstanding.
