The location is wonderful, directly across the street from Carnegie Hall. The restaurant has a wonderful patio area where you may sit outside but if the weather is inclement, it also has great windows that look out onto New York from every angle. We enjoyed people watching as we ate dinner. The food was good, as was the service.

Fabulous great room, spirited service, good choice of foods, well prepared. Festive. Great place for birthdays: many waiters and waiters ar singers/actors between engagements, so "Happy Birthday" sounds really good.

I've been to Redeye Grill many, many times. Although I had not been there for a long long time until last Sunday. I was pleased to be reintroduced to the excellent and compelling food. My more than generous (and highly delicious) Chinese Salad was the perfect lunch choice. Being the classical music field, this is a perfect location for preconcert dining.

I think we got a complimentary glass of champagne for booking with Open Table. Overall it was a very good experience and I will think of this restaurant again when booking a restaurant in the area.

Haven't been there in years and it was just as good as I remembered. I highly recommend it. It has a good vibe.

The Lobster Pot Pie was outstanding and you can't miss the Banana Cream Pie! For some reason my order was messed up and they brought me the fillet instead of the Lobster Pot Pie. The server realized the mistake and immediately informed the chef. He was very apologetic and gave me free shrimp cocktails to eat while I was waiting for my food.

I have never had a bad meal at Redeye Grill! The food, timing and ambiance were all perfect, and you never feel rushed, even though they do a brisk business during lunchtime.
