Waited for 20+ minutes to order drinks another 29 to get drinks. No one check on us during meal and after 20 mins had to ask for our second martini. Because buy one get one. The over 29 to get check. 10 to get receipt to sign. Not busy ther at All

The Greek salad was quite small and underwhelming for the price. The roast chicken dish consisted of one small piece of chicken over barely there potatoes and I mean it was hard to find the potatoes. The halibut dish came with a teeny tiny bowl of rice…sad. And $10 for bread?!!! I think you can do much better.

Have not been here for 20 years. Wow! Has it gone downhill! The food was just not good. I am disappointed in myself for not listening to other reviews. There are so many better restaurants in the area.

Fine service. Pleasant ambiance. But the main event, the food….. the Mahi Mahi tacos were disappointing.

The pianist/singer was too loud and made dinner conversation. Difficult. The choc chip cookies and chocolate cookie bars on checkout were nice touches.

Food was AWFUL; soup had an odd taste, duck was not fresh nor prepared properly. Produce did not appear fresh. Server was friendly but took forever; a second wine arrived after main was finished. Too many better places in NYC; maybe good for the bar scene…

Our visit to Redeye Grill this past weekend had its ups and downs. We love the spot, so convenient to many NYC attractions and was a block from our hotel. The restaurant itself is spacious and attractive. We went early as we were headed to a show. We were greeted warmly by the Maitre'd but then not offered drinks or menus for 15 minutes by the waitstaff. The customer service was very good. The food was good. My only problem with the seafood fruit La mere was that it was a lot of spaghetti and very little seafood. I was very disappointed and surprised. Just a few pieces of lobster, shrimp and calamari. I did not finish my plate of spaghetti that was flavored with very, little seafood
