La carne era così dura da non poterla tagliare con il coltello,il servizio però gentile e sorridente ha cmq colmato il mio malumore anche se non hanno offerto neanche un Caffè.

Eaten here many times. Can’t complain about the service because there was none. Salad harsh taste of horseradish, branzino heavily peppered and never received cappuccinos. I ordered side of spinach which came after finished meal and was so bitter couldn’t eat. Very disappointed.
Fried Calamari was disappointing. The fried onion rings were really good but they do not have ranch dressing as an option.
After waiting for 90 mins our entrees never arrived so we left to make a 8pm curtain at Carnegie Hall. Will never go there again!!!
Dreadful service. After 1.5hrs, still no main course. Food when finally served was cold for one person and totally undercooked for another. In fact we waited so long for our main course we were offered desert before the main was served. And what was it with the offer of a cookie after our appetisers. Just weird. Incredibly expensive for what was a third rate burger joint. And the noise meant you couldn't hear the person opposite you. All in all, a terrible, terrible experience.
We've had many lovely meals at Red Eye Grill over the years. Unfortunately our most recent outing fell short. First of all, we had reserved an outside table & when we arrived, we were offered a table in direct sunlight with a broken umbrella that could not be opened, so we opted for inside instead & that was disappointing. Staff acted bothered with everyone and were rude, food was just okay, waters never refilled, every table in the section we sat in had a problem. Would not return
Waitstaff overloaded. The sushi burger was small, no side dishes, not entree sized for $32
Miso cod is fantastic. However, your coconut shrmip was puzzling. I bit into a shrimp that was IN THE SHELL!! I was picking pieces of shell out of my mouth. It is an excellent appetizer, the breading and sauces are wonderful. But I can't order it again until you write back to tell me that you've fixed this. I'm a regular customer, so let me know when I can order the shrimp again/
