Everyone at Rehab Medical have been very helpful and friendly, staying in close touch until the process was completed. My request for an electric scooter was sent to the wrong place. Once I was able to find the correct company, ***** in Rehab customer service set up an account for me and told me the steps to take from there. She also contacted ***** (the field contact) with my information and he took over the process from there. I was able to contact him at any time if I had any questions. **** in ************ ******* and the whole team has been amazing. I have MS and this was my first custom wheelchair that was made for me. I LOVE the fact I was able to chose the color (***********) and that the cushions are for my body. **** and the team went above and beyond to help me get things going. From start to finish this has been a dream situation,I would highly recommend Rehab Medical ************ *******. Oh Not only knowledgeable, *** very respectful every step of the way. Rehab Medical - ********* has been awesome to arrange and deliver a specialized wheelchair for my mother. All of the staff has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. There was fantastic service after the sale as well, sending a technician out if there were any adjustments required. Definitely would recommend highly to others!

they are Awesome'' I had stroke and needed a power wheelchair, Cody Chandler/Jack/April, handled everything for me every step of the way, they made my experience and evaluation less stressful, they took me in like I was there own Family, cared for me to make sure, I received the right wheelchair'' custom Made to my needs'' I They are God Sent, Amen
