I ordered a power wheelchair, which was my only wheelchair and they seemed to have trouble getting their staff organized to come out and give me the details. I ordered my Wheelchair, and it was delivered after about three weeks. After I got the wheelchair, it began shutting down in the middle of the sidewalk. It wouldnt go forward or back. There does not to be any sense of urgency in getting the wheelchairs they sell repaired. They cannot order correct parts on the first try. When I get the parts, they cannot install them because they do not have the needed ********'s funny that their website has these happy people saying how great rehab medical is, yet there is no place on their website for feedback. They told me they could get me a wheelchair. My doctor provided all the necessary documents now they tell me I need a PT. They shouldve told me that to begin with. Still no chair. This is the worst company *** ever seen.

Worst customer service ever. Have been waiting for 2 months to get my son's wheelchair repaired they sent the part but have set up 3 appointments and not only did not show up but only found out I fell out of the que or they were not coming to **** today because I called them. When I called the day before they were coming but nope said they were not coming to **** today and set up another appointment for later in the week.
I agree 100% with what **** T said!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Spent thousands of dollars on a new chair and it quit working in less than 3 months. Their service department is horrible. Both times they worked on it quit again within an hour. Do not buy anything from this company.
Rehab Medical is one of the slowest companies in existence. We bought our chair from three 6 months ago and my family and are still suffering at the hands of their toxic incompetent. Can they even catch up?

We bought a manual chair in January. The left brake was faulty and went out in March. My mom entered the hospital and I was told due to insurance they could not fix the chair while she was in the hospital. (Only a few months old, should be under warranty). Mom came home from hospital, they sent a technician out who said she needs a new brake, we have to order it. Buyer Beware. There could be no company any worse to deal with. First they tried to get me to take a chair that was meant for someone else, then sent another out that I could not get in and out of. Even their tech. said he had never seen one so high. After voicing my opinion they told me they would pick up the chair and I should get one elsewhere. This was a really bad experience. They measured my mother wrong and gave her an interim loaner that they billed as her permanent wheelchair. It did not have any foot rests. When I called, I had to call multiple times to get someone to help me and kept getting the run around. They sent someone out to get her measurements again and they measured wrong again. When they delivered the final wheelchair, it was too short like it was for a child, they did not adjust it for her and it was very uncomfortable for her. This is the worst... read more
