@RehabMedical - I have been waiting since October 2022 for my fathers wheelchair. When you delivered, you were told it was the wrong chair. I have called and text, and left messages since 3/29/2023 . I have told you time and again I need the correct wheelchair. I had to buy safety belts to keep him in this broken chair. Can we please operate human?

I Have been in a wheel chair since **** and this company is the worst that I have EVER dealt with. It has been TWO weeks without my chair, and I keep getting the run a round, get lied to, get passed around to almost very one in the company from the bottom up! This company is abysmal to work with. The first gentleman I dealt with put together a chair for me that, if I had been the one responsible for its assembly, I would have been embarrassed to have it leave the shop. They took the chair back because it was completely useless to me. Three months later I get a call from a new rep who wanted to take over. I am a contract worker that took on a cleaning assignment at the ******************,** location. It is now February of 2023 and I have still not been paid from the months of September and October of 2022! I have reached out to the accounts payable department for months and have yet to get a response or payment. This is beyond ridiculous!

Rehab medical has caused me to wait 4 months without getting my electric wheelchair fixed because of communication issues, and instead of following up on it on a regular basis to help expedite the situation I wound up having to make the phone calls to ******** and rehab medical as well as my doctor's ****** and ******** to keep the ball rolling, which added up to 4 months of waiting.
