My power chair stopped fully charging. I called ***************************** go to work. From the ladies that took my information to ********, my repair tech they were so professional and kind. I needed my chair for an important trip and I got my **************** came out the same day & repaired it. Thank you all so very much for getting me ready for a wonderful trip with my wonderful husband & adorable niece?? God bless each and everyone of you! You have an amazing organization & awesome staff members!!!!

Rehab Medical did a great job getting my mother a wheelchair. Once they entered the picture, they worked with her doctor to make sure she got the chair she needed.

*************************, my sales rep, went above and beyond to help me get a power wheelchair. He contacted my physician multiple times to write letters to my insurance company about the medical necessity of the chair. After I received a denial, I appealed, was denied again and ultimately they paid for my wheelchair. I would have given up after the first denial. I am so grateful for Phils tenacity. Our doctor ordered this wheelchair for my wife knowing it would benefit her during her long rehab journey ahead, and he was right! This chair is VERY well built, fits her perfectly, and is extremely easy to tear down for any type of transportation - wow, we love it!

Everyone at Rehab Medical have been very helpful and friendly, staying in close touch until the process was completed. My request for an electric scooter was sent to the wrong place. Once I was able to find the correct company, ***** in Rehab customer service set up an account for me and told me the steps to take from there. She also contacted ***** (the field contact) with my information and he took over the process from there. I was able to contact him at any time if I had any questions. **** in ************ ******* and the whole team has been amazing. I have MS and this was my first custom wheelchair that was made for me. I LOVE the fact I was able to chose the color (***********) and that the cushions are for my body. **** and the team went above and beyond to help me get things going. From start to finish this has been a dream situation,I would highly recommend Rehab Medical ************ *******. Oh Not only knowledgeable, *** very respectful every step of the way. Rehab Medical - ********* has been awesome to arrange and deliver a specialized wheelchair for my mother. All of the staff has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. There was fantastic service after the sale as well, sending a technician out if there were any adjustments required. Definitely would recommend highly to others!
