I had a great experience with the representative (I apologize, I don’t have his name). I was able to order the TravelLite cushion with him via FedEx. and it arrived in time for my road trip. I love the cushion! It was pricey but worth every penny! It kept me comfortable and covered the entire drivers seat. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service. Wonderful staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with me with kindness and allowed me to come back many times to try the massage chair. After purchase, they followed up and while we had a small delivery issue, having nothing to do with Relax the Back, they dealt with it immediately and solved the problem. Full stop.
