It took quite some time to get my order. Had to call store repeatedly since no one kept me informed. Happy to finally use chair again.

I had a great experience with the representative (I apologize, I don’t have his name). I was able to order the TravelLite cushion with him via FedEx. and it arrived in time for my road trip. I love the cushion! It was pricey but worth every penny! It kept me comfortable and covered the entire drivers seat. Thank you so much!
