It was Good. I called a couple of time to check on why order. I was remembered and helped. The chair is complicated an I can't reach he overs underneath it but the settings seem ok enough. I do wonder about th seat ad if here is a way o get air into it. 301-641-5223

Needed to replace old recliner and get a matching one for spouse. Peggy was extremely helpful in picking out a recliner that fit our small frames and getting the factory to expedite making the recliners. We are very happy with them.
