Horrible Service. No communication at all, I have had to call for any updates. My car has been in the service department for work for over a month now and no one can ever give me any sort of timeframe for the work to be done and they do no offer any sort of alternative transportation options, even though I have asked multiple times.
I'm not sure. After this service I received a text stating that an inspection of my car showed it needed a tire rotation and other services done. I just had a tire rotation done at this location in April, or at least I paid for it to be done. So, I'm wondering now which one was the lie, the text or the service I paid for?
Felt deceived after purchase. My understanding of the price was obviously wrong. Should have read the paperwork more closely.

Your closer, finance person failed to read the room! Kept me at the dealership till after 10:00 pm trying to wear me down! It is okay the sales and manager were good! Thanks
Terrible. No communication between the service and the customer. I had to call for any update. I would never use your service if I didn't have to.
Was told an hour to hour and a half. After the hour and half mark I was told my car was going to be worked on. Made me feel like I had to wait longer because all I was doing was the routine oil change because I didn’t get any upgrades. After two hours got a text saying my car was ready. Was told the keys were in my car but then followed out to get the plastic and tags removed from my car. Oil change sticker wasn’t even changed. Shady business practices. Unresponsive staff. Lack of accountability. Gaming five star surveys. Promises un kept.
Advertised one price and charged another. Won't be going there again. Being sneaky is not the way to keep customers
