Reliable Nissan. ..more like Unreliable Nissan. Drove my car in for service on 7/22 and got it back 8/8 and it wouldn't start. Never received any communication and had to beg over text for updates and finally got a hold of the service manager. Believe it or not he was just as bad as the service guy. They are terrible at communication all around and don't give straight answers for prices and service being provided. This dealership service department and dealership are untrustworthy.They charged me for a service that they did not provide. I notified them three times and nobody has yet to get back to me
We purchased all our vehicles from Nissan Reliable over the years and never had any issues or complaints with the Sales team, they always made us feel welcomed and respected. Not to mention, went the extra mile for us. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with the Service team. This will be the last time I service my vehicle here. Service Dept sucks never candy get their xxxx together. mechanics attack. Don’t know what the xxxx they’re doing.
Not fair with pricing on unsed vehicles. Would not offer me the internet price. No follow ups whatsoever after delivery of vehicle. Mechanical problems 1 week after delivery of used vehicle. Laura was not friendly and complained after i the customer wanted another test drive before making a final decision on purchasing or not.
Very bad, no one calls back, financial services horrible. And when work is needed to your vehicle or have questions one gets back to youI
I have been trying to get my rogue fixed and still haven't got it done. I have to take time off because it is supposed to be there all day. There has been excuse after excuse. This last time the internet was down my vehicle was there again and still wasn't done. They wanted my vehicle for the weekend but it's my only transportation. I need to fix it but keep getting the run around. They didn't provide a loaner car either. I am not happy with the service. I have bought my last 3 vehicles there. Not sure I will again. I bought a 2020 and 2023 Nissan Frontier new and both had some form of electrical issues. Can you forward this information to upper management for feedback!
