Disappointed, zero communication,unreliable, inadequate, worst experience, unprofessional, untrustworthy. I have never had such a horrible experience ever in life. No customer service etiquette. No resolution for the original issue.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership they had my truck a month. I called around 10 times and got the same excuse Will call you back not one time Did I receive a phone call? Will never go to Nissan again.
Worst experience ever! Bought a car on Aug. 5th with unresolved service issues. Taken back 3 times and the dealership does not answer phones. Management does not return calls either. Both Service and Sales.
Don't desire to write. I was not treated truthfully on my puchase. Insecure people and/or entities desire evaluation for their self- vonscience self low esteam.
Really enjoyed working with Kim Gutierrez. I did however have an amount to work with and explained this. I also said if they couldn't meet my price expectations please let me know as it was 100 degrees out and I have a heart condition. I was 100% upfront. I have excellent credit, could finance through them if that would get them there but when we first started looking at trucks I had stated I was looking for a one prior owner, no accidents truck. Your service at auto service it the worse have work and this will be the last time I buy a car with you and will make sure friend and family know you don't care about your customers you just want us to buy a car.
When I got to the dealership, I waited for someone to come to my car, no one did. So I got out and stood by my car (on my crutches). The technician got snarky with me when I didn't answer his question properly, I asked if they could possibly wash my car after my service (which they used to do regularly). I got told they didn't HAVE a car wash. To which, I replied, "What? Did it disappear?" Then I was told rather rudely that they "don't wash cars anymore!" Terrible management terrible service bad skills In customer skills, bought a car and it stopped running with 2 months, excuse of battery issues then they tried to stick it to me for $600. For replacement, then tried to charge me $160. For diagnostic nothing but a rip off.
