Kept my car all day and wanted to keep it until Monday but all of a sudden found the problem and charged me alot money
We worked with an used car sales person he had promised floor mats for our car he told us that they were on order when after 2 weeks we went to check if they came in our sales person and the sales manager went to the back and got us used floormats I asked if they were used they told me that they were new that wes not true
Service center is apparently to busy when I tried talking to sevice advisors about the issues we were experiencing with our vehicle we were rushed and not heard I had to clarify multiple times what the vehicle was in for and felt like they just wanted me to go away we picked up the vehicle after 3 days and they stated they couldn't find anything wrong
When I arrived Briana S. was on the phone. I spoke with another advisor a young man and told him I had an appointment at 1:00. He took my info and got things rolling. My vehicle only needed a bolt installed on the rear bumper, which I believe should have not taken very long. I was there for over an hour. I also believe that Briana and the young male advisor could work on their customer service skills. They need to pay more attention to their customers.

Havent heard anything about my recall since I got my Truck .I have asked 3 times with little to no response
Service advisors I dealt with on 7/31 were horrible. I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out sick and that the computers were down which delayed work. So why didn’t I get a call with any of this information?? I went to have an alignment done on my car. While waiting for my car I went to parts counter to see if they had an accessory available. The employee there was just plain rude. When asked if anyone was working the counter his response was, "I'm working" then proceeded to ignore me. He also gave me a name that was not his. I complained to manager and they confirmed name he gave me was not correct. His behavior was disgusting. Especially considering how much I had to pay for the darn alignment. They do not communicate verbally about your vehicle. Took two days to diagnose my dead battery and another day to change oil. Treat customers poorly. Appointments do not mean anything. Just a suggestion.
Take my pathfinder for a noise breaks they just cleaned but still make a loud noise, they don’t fix the problem
