Disappointed that car was not vacuumed when they said they did. All other was good.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Whatever the techs did triggered three service alerts on my dash (not there before I came in!) They recorded my mileage wrong on their paperwork. When I came back the one tech working made a lot of excuses. Not reliable despite their name!

Went in for noisy brakes. $635 later & problem still happening(replaced brakes, rotors & flushed brake lines)! Called back & going back 9/3/24. Obviously work completed not the problem! Very dissatisfied! Hopefully will fix this time with NO additional charges! Also upset I have to back again & reschedule other appointments!

They need to work and have better communication with customer, on the process and the next step.

They lie! And are untrustworthy! They promised I could use a coupon and then would not let me use it! They do not return phone calls and make you wait forever and usually you have e to stay on top of them.

Scam bad business will never return. Had to go there for a recall rip off.

Dropped off our car to get the engine looked at. Asked for crew to specifically look at transmission, battery, alternator, and brakes. Crew stated that transmission needed to be replaced, however, stated that everything else was good to go. However, when I took my car to get looked at at a different shop, they said that the brakes were worn down 90% and the battery needed to be replaced. Spent $200 to get told what I already knew and it seems like they didn’t look at anything else I asked for other than the transmission.

Crooks do not back up their work do not return calls very disappointed customer service is poor over all worthless
