We needed to trade in our truck for a more fuel efficient vehicle. We needed a great deal at a great price and Reliable was able to deliver AGAIN! We had a wonderful third experience and would highly recommend Scott, Jared and the dealership time and time again.
My experience at Reliable Nissan was totally awesome. I was contacted by a sales manager (Leila) as soon as I showed interest in Nissan and when I drove to the lot, I was greeted by the friendliest salesman I have ever met. It was excellent working with Jeremy (and John in the finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with. Negotiated price was outstanding, particularly with the manufacturer rebates. Jeremy was very capable in explaining pricing, options, and working with management on getting me the best price. I would recommend both to anyone I know looking for a Nissan.
We did all the original transaction through the net and showed up with a total price and our own loan. We met the sales consultant as we arrived spoke with him, had a nice test drive and easy trasaction. Everything was great, except for the finance manager, who was a little to pushy, part of is job I suppose.
I came in to the dealer with a definitive idea of what I wanted to purchase if I were to purchase a new vehicle from Nissan, I was somewhat skeptical of being able to get what I wanted for the price I was willing to spend. Overall, I had a very good experience buying my new car, I got what I wanted and the people I worked with worked to make sure I was satisfied and everything fit into my price range. Don was great in working with us. The start of the deal was a little shaky, and we almost left. The terms presented were ridiculously high, so in the future it might be advantageous to find out some information first, such as credit history before putting out such a ridiculous initial offering, but Don was willing to work with us and asked for our patience before continuing, but it worked out in the end. Everyone in the dealership with which we had any contact, from sales to service, was incredible. Joe Wasserman went over and above to get us the best deal on our vehicle. We would recommend him and this dealership to any of our friends. Craig, in finance, explained every piece of paper we had to sign and went in to detail as to the pros & cons of our service contract. We have bought a lot of cars in our lifetime and we must say, this was the best experience ever.
