This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone.
The online appointment calendar did not sync to the computer calendar so my wait time was almost 3hrs. I have reported this to Reliable Nissan
The problems my new car has are completely dismissed by staff and I feel I deserve more respect than that

Had to go back to services. oil was leaking. Was not sealed correctly. Could have blew up engine

Deceitful and theatrical. When I got my trade in back a cover was missing. Do not go here for a vehicle.
Customer service was good once I arrived. But the problem is the maintenance from the mechanic took over 3 hours long just for a oil change

I went in for an oil change and none of the fluids got topped off. I understand that it was complimentary but what if I would have paid over a $100 for an oil change. It is irritating that you take your vehicle in for a service and it they do you a disservice. Makes you wonder how many other people this happens too. Ridiculously high prices. $5000 to fix an actuator in door and ac line. $200 to do a diagnostic when i already advised what we were needing fixed from a previous visit and same dealership. Sent over quote which only had one issue on it and I had to call asking about repairing the issue we had requested. Parts on nissan website were $600 combined. So I guess labor was $4400!!! I will never do business with any reliable company. MELLOY WAS WAY LESS!!!
